Cancellation

For cancellations, an administration fee of 10% of the ticket price will be deducted. Cancellation notice must be given before the assigned cut-off date. There are no cancellations after this date. Contact the EUGIC 2020 Rotterdam conference office to cancel: registration@eugic.events

Any additional events to the EUGIC 2020 Rotterdam conference itself will only take place if the minimum number of participants required per event are booked. Otherwise, the event will be cancelled without compensation and the fee reimbursed in full. If an event has to be cancelled for reasons beyond the control of CEEweb for Biodiversity and Livingroofs Enterprises Ltd (such as natural disasters, strikes or forces majeures), the right to a refund of the (proportionate) registration fee is applicable. Bank charges for return debit notes will not be refunded.

Releases

Participants are informed that photos, videos and audio recording will be created during the conference. This material may be published on the EUGIC 2020 Rotterdam website as well as in scientific journals and/or in other publications after the conference. Participants of EUGIC 2020 Rotterdam agree to the use of this information, photographs and all other recorded audio and visual material.

Other issues

Please note that EUGIC 2020 Rotterdam organisers are not personally liable for any personal injury or damage to personal property as a result of intent or gross negligence. Other claims are excluded. The organisers are not liable for the loss or theft of personal belongings. This does not affect future claims against individuals and/or other companies participating during EUGIC 2020 Rotterdam.
