MUTK Hungarian Urban Knowledge Centre

Flora Szkordilisz is the managing director of the Hungarian Urban Knowledge Centre. The focus of expertise of the Knowledge Centre is to facilitate the implementation of the latest urban planning trends and innovations. Since 2012, she has been involved in numerous projects related to climate-adaptive and energy-efficient urban planning.

Flora’s background is in architecture (Budapest University of Technology and Economics), but during her PhD studies she focused on the fields of energetics and urban climatology. Her great ambition – to accelerate climate-adaptive urban planning in Hungary – meets her activity as work package leader in the Nature4Cities H2020 project too.
